Are my shipments insured?

All Edora Express shipments are insured for up to $100,000.

Can I meet the Edora Express management team?

Of course! We can schedule an on-site visit, and our Vice President will be ecstatic to meet you at your convenience.

Do you offer refrigeration services?

Not now, but our fleet is temperature-controlled for sensitive items. Refrigeration is in our future!

Can you carry Hazardous Materials?

Edora Express is not Hazmat certified at the moment.

What area(s) does Edora Express service?

Edora Express is Headquartered in Hebron, KY. Our delivery radius is within a 500mile radius, and we do pick-ups within our region.

What are your hours of service?

Monday to Friday (7 AM to 5 PM) Existing customers will have direct contact with the Vice President of Edora Express, that can work with urgent deliveries after hours if needed!

Are Edora Express drivers recognizable?

100%! Our uniformed delivery drivers understand that they are an extension of your company, so our image is essential.

Does Edora Express have the capability of tracking?

Yes! We have real-time tracking via GPS on every delivery with proof of delivery. We also use commutative software to ensure that communications between driver & dispatch are superb.
